Since dates fill quickly, please be sure to call early.

Office hours are:
Sunday - Wednesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and
Thursday - Saturday 8:00 am - 10:00 pm

Have the following information available:

Group name, group leader, complete address, tele phone number,
date of trip, desired trip, rentals required, camping information
(group or individual sites, specific site or area number,
arrival and departure dates, types of camping units,
length of units, individual unit requirements, such as,
electricity, water, air conditioners, expandos)

A deposit of 50% down is required on all equipment rental
and camping cabin rental. No reservation date is guaranteed until
deposit is received.

Camping reservations require full payment for individual Riverside Park sites.
Group leaders are required to submit a "campers roster" list at
least 7 days prior to the arrival date. It is the leaders responsibility
to update this list as necessary. Persons not on the roster
will not be admitted into the park.

NO deposits will be accepted on group camping.
Each individual must register and pay on arrival.

Persons camping at White's Pipeline Campground
are required to send full payment.

All equipment being rented from White's
must be off the river by 7:00 PM
unless obtaining a special permit from
the office before beginning your trip!

*Children 6-12 years $5.00 additional to ride in center of canoe.
*No charge for children under 6 years.
*Group leaders need to be sure that groups are informed of all rules.

Camping Rates

Riverside Park sites have electrical and limited water hook-ups.
One camping unit and one vehicle per site.
Rates on these sites are as follows, and based on a per night basis.

Children 17 and under and staying with their parents.
Additional charges for extra people.
Adults $13.50 each per night.
Children $1.00 each per night.)

Check out time on Riverside sites is 12:00 noon.

Check out time on cabins is 11:00 am.

Bells Country Cottage..............................$600.00
(3 bedroom home/per week)
Full kitchen - bath - washer & dryer

 

Group Rates

As in the past,
persons using White's Canoes or Tubes
are entitled to camp in any of
White's Group Campsites.

Group Camping......................................$9.00

(Prices per person / per night,
with a minimum of $10.00 per night.)
Check out time on group camping is 2:00 PM.

Persons entering the park on Friday
will be charged for a minimum 2 night stay,
with the exception of holiday weekends,
which require a 3 night minimum stay.

Persons not canoeing, or using their own equipment,
may camp at the rate of $12.00 per person per night
at the discretion of White's and if space is available
.

Anyone not off sites by designated check-out times
will be charged for an additional night.

Showers are available for use
to any of White's campers.
The showers are located at our main office for a nominal fee.

All visitors will be charged upon entering the park.
No visitors will be permitted after 10:00p.m.
White's reserves the right to refuse admission at any time.

Firewood for our campers is available at a nominal fee
and may be purchased at posted times.

Due to past incidents,
absolutely no outside firewood
may be brought into our campgrounds.

A clean-up fee will be charged
to anyone bringing wood into the park.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposits will be returned when trips are cancelled 30 days in advance.
After that, refunds on partial cancellations of up to 5 units will be given
when cancellations are received at least 10 days prior to your trip.

* Effective May 15 through September 15
Absolutely no refunds due to inclement weather.

The only exceptions will be due to high water
or unsafe canoeing conditions which will be
determined by the management of White's Canoe Livery.
Positively no refunds for camping.

No refunds for canoeists
completing 2 or 3 day trips
in less than the scheduled time
or those choosing not to complete the trip.

Pick-up charges will be assessed for those
not finishing their trips at White's scheduled points.

Persons passing their ending point
will be charged for another complete trip.

Flotation devices are provided with each canoe,
life jackets must be rented.

There is a charge of $15.00 for lost paddles,
$10.00 for broken paddle blades,
$15.00 for lost cushions and $10.00 for lost life jackets.
Inspection is made at the end of each trip.

Persons not using White's canoes or tubes
are responsible for handling of
their own equipment.

Put-in and take-out fees are charged.

We do not assume responsibility for
the safety of persons while using our equipment,
or for the safety of anyone in our campgrounds.

You are responsible for your own actions,
whatever you do while at White's.

White's reserves the right to require a non-refundable
assessment fee per group for the following situations:
security on equipment rental,
failure to return to ending pointby 7:00PM,
failure to end at designated point,
leaving campsite untidy,
or any distruction of property.
